		<description>Heh, Heh.  I&#039;ve wondered the same thing time and time again.  I guess it&#039;s just tradition.  But perhaps there is hope for the future generation.  My 3 sons all have an aversion for neckties.  The 14 year old just refuses to wear them.  The 9 year old will wear them until he&#039;s out of sight of myself and my wife and then tear it off.  And my 7 year old prefers bow-ties because &quot;that&#039;s what Daddy wears&quot;.

Go figure.

		<description>Never been a big tie fan, but sometimes they can look good with the right shirt.  The key factor is having a collar that is not too tight.

I wouldn&#039;t mind a ban, but only because it would justify my occasionally tie-less appearance!</description>
